6. The assessment and automated scoring

The Revenue Engine Assessment scores your answers automatically and recommends one of our diagnostic services. This is a simple form of profiling. It does not make any decision about you with legal or similarly significant effects, and every result is reviewed by a person before we follow up. You can object to this processing at any time.

7. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed. These include providers of:

  • call booking, meeting recording and transcription

8. International transfers

Some of our service providers store or process data outside the UK, mainly in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where they do, we make sure your data is protected by one of the safeguards recognised under UK data protection law: a UK adequacy decision (which covers the EEA), the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. You can contact us for more information about these safeguards.

11. How we keep your data safe

We use reputable providers with strong security, limit access to the people who need it, and use multi-factor authentication on the systems that hold your data. If a data breach occurs that is likely to put your rights at risk, we will notify you and the ICO where the law requires it.
